Free postage and packaging to mainland United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is within 7 working days for mainland United Kingdom. Shipping will be carried out to the address given by the customer unless otherwise stated. Periods of delivery are nonbinding, unless otherwise expressed. We retain all receipts as proof of posting. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. Kervy warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper usage for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, including any zips. Kervy’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any materials or workmanship determined by Kervy to be defective. If the product has been superseded, replacement will be made with a current product of the same quality and equivalent function.

Accepted within 7 days of receipt if unused and returned safely in original saleable condition. Please reuse the packaging for any return postage. Sorry we do not offer returns on worldwide shipping. Refunds are granted at the complete discretion of Kervy. If you are not satisfied with your item in any way simply email us, then return the item for a full refund. To receive a full refund you must return products unused and undamaged. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, warranty claims, exchanges and refunds. All products returned in accordance with the conditions set out above will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card. We will refund you as a soon as we receive the item and you will be informed by email. Kervy will refund the postage on all valid warranties. Customers are liable for the return postage for any returns or exchanges and must use Recorded Delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
